Qur’an 2:62 - Righteous deeds of Jews and Christians accepted or not?

There is a difficulty between some verses in the Qur’an about the acceptation by Allah for the righteous deeds of Jews and Christians. There are differences between Qur’an verses:

Allah accepts the righteous deeds of Jews and Christians – Qur’an 2:62, 5:69

"Those who believe, and those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians,- any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve" (Qur’an 2:62, see also 5:69).Jews and Christians who believe in God and the Day of Judgment will be accepted even when they deny Muhammad. According to the Qur’ an, when a Jew or Christian believes in God’s existece and the Day of Judgment he will get his reward in heaven.Yet the foregoing expressly contradicts other statements that say that Islam is the only acceptable religion and that even speak out against embracing the Jewish and Christian faiths!

Allah only accepts the righteous deeds of Muslims – Qur’an 2:112, 3:19

”… whoever submits his face in Islam to Allah while being a doer of good will have his reward with his Lord. And no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve” (Qur’an 2:112).”Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam. And those who were given the Scripture did not differ except after knowledge had come to them - out of jealous animosity between themselves. And whoever disbelieves in the verses of Allah , then indeed, Allah is swift in [taking] account” (Qur’an 3:19).Notice the difference between the claim that all people must follow Islam in Qur’an 2:112, 3:19, compared with the statement that Jews and Christians are accepted Qur’an 2:62, 5:69.

One verse says that the deeds of Jews and Christians will be accepted while other verses give a denial. Because there is a contrast about the same question, we have a difficulty in the Qur’an. Therefore the verses show a contradiction in the Qur’an.
