Qur’an 3:3 - Did Allah reveal the entire Qur’an to Muhammad or not?

We can find two answers to this question in the Qur’an:

Allah sent the entire Qur’an to Muhammad – Qur’an 3:3

“He has sent down upon you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming what was before it. And He revealed the Torah and the Gospel.” (Qur’an 3:3) Muslims try to refute this claim by saying that the verse doesn’t mean that Allah sent the Qur’an to Muhammad one time as a whole. However this is twisting the verse, because: “He has sent down upon you”, means Allah has transmitted, and this action can only be done in one time. The text is the same as with the divine Law revealed to Moses, also in one time.

Allah sent the Qur’an in stages to Muhammad – Qur’an 17:106, 25:32

“(It is) a Qur’an which We have divided (into parts from time to time), in order that thou mightest recite it to men at intervals: We have revealed it by stages.” (Qur’an 17:106 – Yusuf Ali) Allah sent it in stages. This means that there is a contradiction with Qur’an 3:3.

Conclusion

The Qur’an has contradictions about sending the Qur’an to Muhammad.
