Qur’an 2:148 - Does every nation has a law and a way of life or not?

We can find two answers to this question in the Qur’an:

Each group of people a law and a way of life – Qur’an 2:148

“For each [religious following] is a direction toward which it faces. So race to [all that is] good. Wherever you may be, Allah will bring you forth [for judgement] all together. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.” (Qur’an 2:148). Allah has provided for every nation and each group of people a law and a way of life. No law and way of life for each group - Qur’an 25:51 “And if We had willed, We could have sent into every city a warner.” (Qur’an 25:51). If willed, Allah could have sent messengers to every nation to introduce fear. However, Allah didn’t. Some Muslims are saying that “direction” in Qur’an 2:148 is a direction of prayer. However we still have a contradiction with Qur’an 25:51.

Conclusion

The Qur’an has a contradiction about, a law and a way of life for each group of people.
