Qur'an 29:20: Is this verse saying that you can be sure about going to Paradise?

Some Muslims say that there is a Qur’an verse showing a Muslim can be sure about going to Paradise:

"Say, Travel through the land and observe how He began creation. Then Allah will produce the final creation. Indeed Allah, over all things, is competent" (Qur’an 29:20).

However, this verse is only saying that Allah has power over all things. Every believer in a monotheistic religion agrees with this. And yes: when you ask again and again to people who first say they don’t believe in God, they at last finally admit that there is at least “something supernatural” outside of them.
To believe that a higher power exists is not saying that you are saved forever in Paradise. Also the devil believes that God exists. The devil is even aware that the righteous Jesus Christ, the Word of God, exists. But this doesn’t say that the devil believes in Jesus Christ as his personal Savior:

“The devil said to him, “If you are the Son of God, tell this stone to become bread.” Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone.’” (Luke 4:3-4).

As you can see also the devil believes that God has power over all things. More is needed to enter Paradise than only to believe that Allah has power over all things. Jesus said:

“You must be born again” (John 3:7).

Going to Paradise is only possible by faith in Jesus Christ as the Lamb of God who died for your sin. You cannot do good works to get saved. You need to have faith in Jesus Christ:

“I am the Resurrection and the Life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies” (John 11:25).

The only way out for mankind comes from the Word of God, born as Jesus Christ in the virgin Mary. By the sacrifice of the righteous Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God (John 1:29) for the forgiveness of sin, the believer has a compensation for his sin. The righteous Jesus Christ has given his body, his human nature, to show mankind how to live and to be the gateway to Paradise.
